Thrive Home Builders’ Family of Employees

At Thrive, the health and wellness of our dedicated Team Members remains a top priority, and we are equally concerned about ensuring the utmost personal safety of our team.

Main Office: Thrive employees who work in our main office are working from home in order to comply with safer-at-home recommendations. We have also eliminated non-essential travel and moved in-person meetings to virtual formats. We are confident these measures will help to ensure the health and safety of our team and community.

Construction & Sales: Our Sales & Construction Team Members are the heartbeat of our company. When it seems like the rest of the world is shutting down, we are fortunate to be able to continue our critical field operations with team members who are nearly isolated from people. We are deeply appreciative of their continued dedication and hard work making sure we keep moving forward producing our world class, award-winning homes.

We are all learning how to continue life and business as normal, during these challenging times. Thrive would like to express our sincere well-wishes to you and your families. And, to those on the front lines who are caring for people already affected, we wish you health and wellness. Together, we will prevail.
