Our Thrive Family of Homeowners

Thrive’s Customer Service Department will continue to communicate with our Thrive Homeowners through Punch List Manager. Homeowners with items that are non-emergency, will be contacted when an appointment can be safely scheduled. Homeowners with an emergency situation should contact the appropriate contractor listed on the Emergency Contact List provided at closing. Thrive Home Builders will also respond to the emergency by calling (303) 263-5871.

Our Valued Trade Partners

Thrive Home Builders is already enacting measures to ensure the safety and health of our SubContractors, Trade Partners and Vendors in the face of the coronavirus outbreak. These new measures, which include increased hygiene, limiting crews working in any home to one team, and halting group gatherings and in person meetings of workers. Specific guidelines will be posted in every home under construction.

At Thrive, the health and wellness of our dedicated Team Members remains a top priority, and we are equally concerned about ensuring the utmost personal safety of our team.

Main Office: Thrive employees who work in our main office are working from home in order to comply with safer-at-home recommendations. We have also eliminated non-essential travel and moved in-person meetings to virtual formats. We are confident these measures will help to ensure the health and safety of our team and community.

Construction & Sales: Our Sales & Construction Team Members are the heartbeat of our company. When it seems like the rest of the world is shutting down, we are fortunate to be able to continue our critical field operations with team members who are nearly isolated from people.
